Our team is comprised of a variety of industry professionals who have specific expertise in financial services including hedge funds, investment banks, insurance companies and asset management firms. The STF team now has a dedicated focus on ETFs — leveraging the team’s experience in product development, management, and distribution.

Jonathan Molchan

Managing Partner

Jonathan Molchan serves as a Managing Partner of STF Management LP and has been involved in the financial services industry for nearly two decades.

He began his career at SAC Capital Advisors where he focused on long/short equity as well as listed and OTC quantitative derivatives’ strategies. Following that, while at Millennium Management, he focused on long/short equity, global macro, and derivatives’ trading, research, and risk management. He has also held roles at Cowen and Mirae Asset.

Mr. Molchan became involved in the ETF industry in 2013 as he saw an opportunity to utilize his derivatives’ experience to expand options-based ETFs to the investment community. Throughout his time focused on ETFs, he has served in numerous role to include, portfolio manager, product developer and manager, and a marketer of options-based strategies; in addition to being featured in numerous industry outlets with a focus on education revolving around options and asset allocation.

Thomas Campbell

Managing Partner

Thomas Campbell serves as a Managing Partner of STF Management LP and began his career in financial services with Fidelity Investments in the early 1990s, focused on retail marketing efforts.

Becoming an independent representative and advisor in 1995, by 1998 he was a branch manager for his firm, and in 1999 completed his CFP designation (since released). He caught the active management bug prior to 2001 and ever since has focused on tactical approaches to asset allocation. By 2008, these efforts culminated in the creation of the rule set for Self-adjusting Trend Following (STF) which remains a separately managed account offering and ‘1940 Act Fund from Flexible Plan Investments. In 2014, his second algorithmic system Tactical Unconstrained Growth (TUG) was created, and it too has been used as a separately managed account and 1940 Act Fund, this time through Q3 Asset Management. Additionally, TUG is an ETF model on Transamerica’s TransOne platform through NASDAQ DorseyWright.

He lives in Frisco, TX and is married with two grown children.

Thomas Calabria

Chief Compliance Officer

Tom Calabria serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at STF Management LP.

Prior to joining STF, Tom was the Chief Compliance Officer for Mirae Asset Global Investments (USA). Before joining Mirae Asset in 2014, Mr. Calabria was at Burnham Asset Management for 9 years, serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and as the Chief Compliance Officer to Burnham Investors Trust. Prior to Burnham, he spent 8 years at PFPC (now part of BNY Mellon) in regulatory administration functions serving various types of investment company clients.

Tom holds a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College.

Noah Campbell

Product Specialist

Noah Campbell serves as a Product Specialist for STF Management LP.

Noah started his career at Bernstein Private Wealth management where he was a senior associate for an advisory base of AUM $2.2 billion. In his role on the team, he partnered with advisors on portfolio transition strategies, and served as a fixed income product specialist for Bernstein’s New York office. Noah graduated cum laude in 2019 from The King’s College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is currently a Level III CFA candidate.

Noah currently lives in Manhattan, and enjoys golf, yoga, and cheering on his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.

Matthew Yeager

CFO & COO

Matthew Yeager serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for STF Management LP.

He has a broad range of financial experience, including M&A activity, two IPOs, and multiple successful start-up portfolios. He joined STF Management from JVCKENWOOD where he served as an executive member leading the Finance and Operations teams. Prior to JVCKENWOOD, he worked for Springleaf Financial, where he was a key member of the team that successfully spearheaded the $4.25B acquisition of OneMain from Citigroup and was instrumental in the integration efforts for the combined company’s $12B in consumer portfolios.

He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from the Romain School of Business at the University of Southern Indiana.
